• Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional offers.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).

If you receive a damaged package or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product for prompt assistance.
