1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
• You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Products returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used Ayurvedic products.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products returned after the return period.

3. Refund Policy

• After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund request will be processed.
• If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Replacement

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost after verification.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
